Apart from being alkaline, which balances the human skin's pH level, it contains a whole range of precious, nourishing ingredients like: vitamins, iron, phosphorus, copper, zinc, proteins, carbohydrates and folic acid.

However, valuable composition is just a beginning of its long list of qualities. It guarantees a deep and thorough facial cleansing. While using, the konjac sponge exfoliates and removes blackheads, which makes the skin not only free of imperfections, but also moisturized and velvety smooth. In spite of its intensive care, konjack sponge causes zero skin irritation. It's perfect for gentle, sensitive and prone to allergies skin.          - POLISH POST OFFICE and any method of payment except "cash on delivery"
         - COURIER - provided your order exceeds 150zł

10 zł  if you choose:
         - "cash on delivery" and/or if your order doesn't exceed 150zł

DELIVERY IN EUROPE (selected countries), USA AND CANADA

  0 zł  the delivery is free whenever your order exceeds the amount of 600zł (approximately 140€/150$/100£)

35 zł if your order doesn't exceed the amount of 600zł

You can be sure you order is on its way within 24 hours after your payment has been registered.

It should be delivered:
within 2-3  working days (in Poland)
within 4-6  working days (in Europe)
within 6-7  working days (in USA & Canada)

FAST AND EASY RETURN POLICY

If for any reason the product you purchased on Lovenue.pl does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return it!
All you need to do is pack the item and send it back to us, without having to explain why you want to return it. The only thing you have to remember is to to fill out the "return form" online or print no1 attachment from our Terms and Conditions. You will send your money back within maximum 3 days. 



FAST EXCHANGE

Your choice was not entirely perfect? No problem! You can exchange the product you ordered in a blink of an eye, for a 100% contentment! Simply send it back to us and we will replace it with something that will suit you better! You have 21 days to do that. Remember to let us know by email before sending the product back. You will receive the new one within a couple of days! 



WARRANTYA

A 2 year warranty applies to all LOVENUE brushes - so that you don't need to worry using them! Just treat them the same way we made them - with pleasure and care! Let us know it the product you purchased is not compatible with your order or turns out different than described online - we will exchange it immediately!
