Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours if we receive your payment before 12:00 p.m. on business days. 

If we receive your payment after 12:00 p.m., on weekends or holidays, your order will be dispatched the next business day.

FAST AND EASY RETURN POLICY

If for any reason the product you purchased on Lovenue.pl does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return it!
All you need to do is pack the item and send it back to us, without having to explain why you want to return it. The only thing you have to remember is to to fill out the "return form" online or print no1 attachment from our Terms and Conditions. You will send your money back within maximum 3 days. 



FAST EXCHANGE

Your choice was not entirely perfect? No problem! You can exchange the product you ordered in a blink of an eye, for a 100% contentment! Simply send it back to us and we will replace it with something that will suit you better! You have 21 days to do that. Remember to let us know by email before sending the product back. You will receive the new one within a couple of days! 



WARRANTYA

A 2 year warranty applies to all LOVENUE brushes - so that you don't need to worry using them! Just treat them the same way we made them - with pleasure and care! Let us know it the product you purchased is not compatible with your order or turns out different than described online - we will exchange it immediately!
